Vinyl siding requires very little effort to maintain it's attractive appearance.  It is recommended that you occasionally have the home power washed (be careful to use the proper setting or else you risk damaging the siding) as needed.

Always be careful when mowing the lawn, as flying debris can potentially damage your siding.

Never place your grill close to the house.  The extreme heat will damage the siding, possibly blackening or melting it.
